Sundogs

Hi everyone,

 

Have you ever heard of the term - 'sundogs'?  One of the teachers was talking about it yesterday.  It's a very beautiful, but rare phenomenon caused by icy cold conditions and the angle of the sun in the late afternoon.  Something akin to the 'green flash' only rarely seen in places like Broome when the sun sets.  Here are some links to explain what 'sundogs' are and the 'green flash'.
