Stew

 

  • Olive oil in pot - seal lamb cutlets then pull out

  • Onion, garlic, green capsicum and red capsicum, salt and pepper

  • Tin of tomatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • Dry wine

  • Cut up potatoes - add cutlets

  • Bring to the boil

  • Simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are ready

  • Garnish with parsley

  • Serve with green beans on the side.
