Olive oil in pot - seal lamb cutlets then pull out

Onion, garlic, green capsicum and red capsicum, salt and pepper

Tin of tomatoes
-
1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Dry wine
-
Cut up potatoes - add cutlets

Bring to the boil
-
Simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are ready

Garnish with parsley
-
Serve with green beans on the side.
