125 grams of
marg

quarters of a cup of sugar

2 very ripe
bananas mashed

Quarter cup
of yogurt

1 teaspoon
of bicarb

2 cups of
self rising flour

Half a
teaspoon of vanilla
METHOD

Butter,
sugar and bananas creamed well
-
Add eggs one
at a time
-
Add vanilla
-
Add half
sifted dry ingredients
-
Add yogurt
-
Ad other
half of dry ingredients
-
Place in a
well greased tin
-
Line with
grease proof paper
-
Bake 180
degrees for 30 minutes
-
Almond or
lemon icing.
