We all think
our Mum makes the best soup. Here's my mum's recipe which we grew up on
and still is the one we like the most!

Boil a leg
of shank or soup bones

Pour off fat
excess

Add water

Add peal
barley and split peas

Add shaved
carrot and chopped celery

Add a packet
of chicken noodle soup

Add onion
and salt
-
Add some
macaroni towards for the last half hour
-
Cook for 2
hours
-
Add a dash
of Worchester sauce when served
