Black bean Mexican Salsa
Mike made this one and the fresh cilantro gave it a unique flavour. Great dish to take to a BBQ:
1 16 oz can black beans
1 16 oz can corn
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup green spring onions
1/4 cup of red onions
spoon of cumin
1/3 cup of lime juice
3 Tablespoons olive oil
Leave for 24 hours
When you serve add chopped tomatoes serve with spicy potatoe chips on the side.
